Here are the latest real estate market statistics from Macdonald Realty on North Delta, Surrey, White Rock, Langley, and Fraser Valley listings and sales in April 2018.

North Delta

In the North Delta market, the benchmark sale price was $944,800 for detached homes. At the end of the month, there were 160 active listings and 36 sales.

The condo market had 8 sales and 15 active listings. The benchmark sale price was $424,500.

Townhomes featured 10 sales, 12 active listings and a $604,800 benchmark sale price.

It’s a seller’s market for condos and townhomes in North Delta.

North Surrey

In April 2018, there were 54 sales of detached homes and 279 active listings in North Surrey. The benchmark sale price was $987,500.

The condo market had 141 sales and 223 active listings at the end of the month.  The benchmark sale price was $432,600.

In comparison, townhome sales were 27, active listings were 44 and the benchmark sale price was $577,000.

It’s a seller’s market for Condos and Townhomes in North Surrey.

In the Surrey – Central market, there were 117 sales of detached homes and 504 active listings at the end of the month.  The benchmark sale price was $1,040,900.

In comparison, the condo market had 38 sales, 56 active listings, and the benchmark sale price was $456,200.

Townhome market featured 95 sales, 208 active listings and a $584,900 benchmark sale price.

It’s a seller’s market for Condos and Townhomes.

White Rock/South Surrey

There were 72 sales, 588 active listings, and a $1,480,700 benchmark sale price for detached homes in the White Rock/South Surrey market.

The condo market featured 84 sales, 182 active listings and a benchmark sale price of $525,100 at the end of the month.

In comparison, townhome sales were 66, active listings were 172 and the benchmark sale price was $691,700.

It’s a seller’s market for condos and townhomes.

In the Langley market, the benchmark sale price was $1,047,300 for detached homes. At the end of the month, there were 312 active listings and 94 sales.

Townhomes featured 75 sales, 141 active listings and a $524,400 benchmark sale price.

It’s a seller’s market in Langley for all product types.
