Here are the latest real estate market statistics from Macdonald Realty on North Delta, Surrey, White Rock, Langley, and Fraser Valley listings and sales in December 2017.

North Delta

In the North Delta market, the benchmark sale price was $921,800 for detached homes. At the end of the month, there were 94 active listings and 34 sales.

The condo market had 8 sales and 16 active listings. The benchmark sale price was $361,800.

Townhomes featured 10 sales, 10 active listings and a $561,400 benchmark sale price.

It’s a seller’s market in North Delta for all product types.

North Surrey

In December 2017, there were 53 sales of detached homes and 195 active listings in North Surrey. The benchmark sale price was $950,900.

The condo market had 141 sales and 141 active listings at the end of the month.  The benchmark sale price was $375,500.

In comparison, townhome sales were 23, active listings were 27 and the benchmark sale price was $533,500.

It’s a seller’s market for all product types.

Surrey – Central

In the Surrey – Central market, there were 114 sales of detached homes and 408 active listings at the end of the month.  The benchmark sale price was $1,014,600.

In comparison, the condo market had 32 sales, 26 active listings, and the benchmark sale price was $382,300.

Townhome market featured 97 sales, 98 active listings and a $549,700 benchmark sale price.

It’s a seller’s market for all product types.

White Rock/South Surrey

There were 58 sales, 419 active listings, and a $1,472,300 benchmark sale price for detached homes in the White Rock/South Surrey market.

The condo market featured 42 sales, 78 active listings and a benchmark sale price of $493,100 at the end of the month.

In comparison, townhome sales were 59, active listings were 104 and the benchmark sale price was $647,300.

It’s a seller’s market for condos and townhomes.

In the Langley market, the benchmark sale price was $1,002,200 for detached homes. At the end of the month, there were 184 active listings and 84 sales.

Townhomes featured 58 sales, 50 active listings and a $490,100 benchmark sale price.

It’s a seller’s market in Langley for all product types.
