Here are the latest real estate market statistics from Macdonald Realty on North Delta, Surrey, White Rock, Langley, and Fraser Valley listings and sales in January 2018.

North Delta

In the North Delta market, the benchmark sale price was $941,000 for detached homes. At the end of the month, there were 101 active listings and 20 sales.

The condo market had 10 sales and 14 active listings. The benchmark sale price was $375,000.

Townhomes featured 4 sales, 10 active listings and a $561,400 benchmark sale price.

It’s a seller’s market in North Delta for Condos and Townhomes.

North Surrey

In January 2018, there were 44 sales of detached homes and 185 active listings in North Surrey. The benchmark sale price was $966,200.

The condo market had 124 sales and 143 active listings at the end of the month. The benchmark sale price was $391,600.

In comparison, townhome sales were 22, active listings were 26 and the benchmark sale price was $543,400.

It’s a seller’s market for Condos and Townhomes.

Surrey – Central

In the Surrey – Central market, there were 106 sales of detached homes and 376 active listings at the end of the month.  The benchmark sale price was $1,013,500.

In comparison, the condo market had 32 sales, 27 active listings, and the benchmark sale price was $402,000.

Townhome market featured 78 sales, 102 active listings and a $557,100 benchmark sale price.

It’s a seller’s market for all product types.

White Rock/South Surrey

There were 61 sales, 455 active listings, and a $1,470,800 benchmark sale price for detached homes in the White Rock/South Surrey market.

The condo market featured 53 sales, 92 active listings and a benchmark sale price of $507,400 at the end of the month.

In comparison, townhome sales were 42, active listings were 107 and the benchmark sale price was $644,200.

It’s a seller’s market for condos and townhomes.

In the Langley market, the benchmark sale price was $1,024,600 for detached homes. At the end of the month, there were 182 active listings and 79 sales.

The condo market had 57 sales and 63 active listings. The benchmark sale price was $406,800.

Townhomes featured 50 sales, 69 active listings and a $499,200 benchmark sale price.

It’s a seller’s market in Langley for all product types.
