North Delta, Surrey, Langley and Fraser Valley Real Estate Market Statistics – July 2017

Here are the latest real estate market statistics from Macdonald Realty on North Delta, Surrey, White Rock, Langley, and Fraser Valley listings and sales in July 2017.

North Delta

In the North Delta market, the benchmark sale price was $907,700 for detached homes. At the end of the month, there were 176 active listings and 49 sales.

The condo market had 13 sales and 28 active listings. The benchmark sale price was $325,300.

Townhomes featured 9 sales, 23 active listings and a $555,400 benchmark sale price.

It’s a seller’s market for all product types.

North Surrey

In July 2017, there were 90 sales of detached homes and 318 active listings in North Surrey. The benchmark sale price was $925,100.

The condo market had 160 sales and 223 active listings at the end of the month.  The benchmark sale price was $324,400.

In comparison, townhome sales were 36, active listings were 52 and the benchmark sale price was $480,000.

It’s a seller’s market in North Surrey.

Surrey – Central

In the Surrey – Central market, there were 128 sales of detached homes and 623 active listings at the end of the month.  The benchmark sale price was $988,000.

In comparison, the condo market had 45 sales, 61 active listings, and the benchmark sale price was $344,600.

Townhome market featured 122 sales, 196 active listings and a $521,200 benchmark sale price.

It’s a seller’s market for condos and townhomes.

White Rock/South Surrey

There were 89 sales, 663 active listings, and a $1,523,700 benchmark sale price for detached homes in the White Rock/South Surrey market.

The condo market featured 101 sales, 155 active listings and a benchmark sale price of $434,900 at the end of the month.

In comparison, townhome sales were 62, active listings were 143 and the benchmark sale price was $638,400.

It’s a seller’s market for condos and townhomes.

In the Langley market, the benchmark sale price was $991,100 for detached homes. At the end of the month, there were 284 active listings and 111 sales.

The condo market had 103 sales and 89 active listings. The benchmark sale price was $352,200.

Townhomes featured 102 sales, 108 active listings and a $461,500 benchmark sale price.

It’s a seller’s market in Langley for all product types.
