North Delta, Surrey, Langley and Fraser Valley Real Estate Market Statistics – July 2018

Here are the latest real estate market statistics from Macdonald Realty on North Delta, Surrey, White Rock, Langley, and Fraser Valley listings and sales in July 2018.

North Delta

In the North Delta market, the benchmark sale price was $949,200 for detached homes. At the end of the month, there were 208 active listings and 34 sales.

The condo market had 2 sales and 29 active listings. The benchmark sale price was $434,700.

Townhomes featured 6 sales, 18 active listings and a $642,300 benchmark sale price.

It’s a seller’s market for townhomes in North Delta.

North Surrey

In July 2018, there were 47 sales of detached homes and 354 active listings in North Surrey. The benchmark sale price was $1,000,700.

The condo market had 89 sales and 325 active listings at the end of the month.  The benchmark sale price was $438,600.

In comparison, townhome sales were 22, active listings were 67 and the benchmark sale price was $604,100

Surrey – Central

In the Surrey – Central market, there were 83 sales of detached homes and 624 active listings at the end of the month.  The benchmark sale price was $1,054,800.

In comparison, the condo market had 23 sales, 104 active listings, and the benchmark sale price was $464,300

Townhome market featured 79 sales, 333 active listings and a $598,000 benchmark sale price.

White Rock/South Surrey

There were 78 sales, 689 active listings, and a $1,468,100 benchmark sale price for detached homes in the White Rock/South Surrey market.

The condo market featured 58 sales, 238 active listings and a benchmark sale price of $517,600 at the end of the month.

In comparison, townhome sales were 69, active listings were 205 and the benchmark sale price was $673,500.

It’s a seller’s market for townhouses.

In the Langley market, the benchmark sale price was $1,067,700 for detached homes. At the end of the month, there were 410 active listings and 77 sales.

The condo market had 67 sales and 207 active listings. The benchmark sale price was $446,100.

Townhomes featured 71 sales, 229 active listings and a $527,400 benchmark sale price.

It’s a seller’s market for Condos & Townhomes in Langley.
