Central Okanagan: Kelowna and Lake Country

There were 225 sales, 919 active listings, and a $726,926 average sale price for detached homes in the Central Okanagan market, including Kelowna and Lake Country. The average days on market were 50.

The condo market featured 129 sales and 464 active listings at the end of the month. The average sale price was $362,600 with 41 average days on market.

Townhome sales were 76, active listings were 268, average sale price was $492,929, and the average days on market were 58.

North Okanagan: Vernon and surrounding area

In North Okanagan, including Vernon and the surrounding area, the average sale price was $510,372 with an average days on market of 55 days for detached homes. At the end of the month, there were 92 sales and 346 active listings.

There were 28 sales and 63 active listings for condos. The average sale price was $197,911, and the average days on market were 54.

In comparison, townhome featured 28 sales, 107 active listings and a $322,840 average sale price with 42 average days on market.
