Here are the latest real estate market statistics from Macdonald Realty on Okanagan listings and sales in July 2018.

Central Okanagan: Kelowna and Lake Country

There were 201 sales, 1,230 active listings, and a $782,398 average sale price for detached homes in the Central Okanagan market, including Kelowna and Lake Country. The average days on market were 44.

The condo market featured 129 sales and 571 active listings at the end of the month. The average sale price was $343,315 with 49 average days on market.

North Okanagan: Vernon and surrounding area

In North Okanagan, including Vernon and the surrounding area, the average sale price was $496,202 with an average days on market of 52 days for detached homes. At the end of the month, there were 103 sales and 514 active listings.

There were 26 sales and 76 active listings for condos. The average sale price was $202,229, and the average days on market were 53.

In comparison, townhome featured 36 sales, 126 active listings and a $331,208 average sale price with 61 average days on market.
