In April 2019, there were 22 sales of detached homes and 117 active listings in Squamish. The benchmark sale price was $985,900.
The condo market had 9 sales and 66 active listings at the end of the month. The benchmark sale price was $490,800.
Townhome sales were 7 sales, active listings were 38. The benchmark sale price was $673,900.
It’s a buyer’s market for condos.
