As a licensed REALTOR® with Macdonald Realty, I specialize in residential properties, both single-family and multi-residential, for home ownership and investment. As a real estate investor, owner, renovator, home inspector, and private mortgage lender over the past 25+ years, I have gained extensive experience in both buying and selling, professionally and personally.

 

Licensing and full-time real estate just came naturally as the next step. My career as an agent has grown very quickly, and helping people achieve their goals is extremely satisfying and my main driving force each and every day! Born and raised in the Lower Mainland, I have a deep understanding of the area and the amazing real estate within it. I have been fortunate to travel a lot in my life and am always grateful to live in what I believe to be the best place on earth, B.C. We truly have it all right here at our doorsteps!

 

My approach, while always personal, is also research-driven, deeply analytical, and I work tirelessly to ensure my clients get the best advice on their home or investment. I pride myself on immediate and constant communication; for this reason, I limit the number of clients that I work with in order to provide full-time availability. I believe a REALTOR® should be approachable, available, an educator, investigator, planner, strategist, and most of all a trusted friend.

 

Real Estate should be easy for the buyer’s and seller’s, not the REALTOR®, but I find it’s easy to work in real estate when you have a relentless passion for it and love the process. I view myself not just as a REALTOR® but as an adviser, helping clients to strategize toward their long-term dreams and goals, including wealth building with real estate.

 

When I’m not deep in my real estate business, you’ll find me enjoying all that the Lower Mainland has to offer, kayaking, skiing, biking, jogging, boating, or just out hiking with our dog. Like most everyone who lives here, I am a total outdoors enthusiast, and love exploring B.C. along with my Wife, Daughter, and our Labradoodle, Mr. Skiddles. I basically spend most of my free time reinforcing all the reasons I love to live in B.C.!
