About Andrew Wong

With over 14 years in real estate, I’ve had the opportunity to experience the industry from many different perspectives. I’ve been fortunate to work closely with developers and builders on presale projects, and I’ve also held a Managing Broker license for four years. These experiences have given me a deeper understanding of the many moving parts involved in a real estate transaction and, just as importantly, how the market can change over time. My real estate career has a family influence. I spent many years working alongside my father who has more than 30 years of experience in the industry. Learning from him gave me an appreciation for the different cycles of the market and the importance of looking beyond what is happening today when making a real estate decision. What I enjoy most about this business is the people. I genuinely enjoy meeting new clients, understanding what they’re looking for, and helping them navigate what can sometimes feel like an overwhelming process. Buying a home is a significant decision. I believe clients deserve straightforward advice, honest communication, and someone who will take the time to explain their options.
