A little about me - I am an expert in residential strata (condos, townhouses & duplexes) and also sell detached residential property. I help clients who want to navigate the real estate ladder and avoid the overwhelm of an often daunting market. I take the time to get to know my sellers and buyers, and work with them to craft well-planned strategies that turn them into accomplished, happy investors. If you ask my past clients over the past 10+ years (or read their reviews on my Google profile) what their experience was like working with me, many will answer that they felt like I patiently and calmly took them through the process, with excellent advice and guidance supported by meticulous attention to detail.

 

I've been in this business since 2010, and I love what I do, but what I love more is working with people. I proudly live by a servant's heart, and this is how I have built a referral-based business, which has placed me consistently year after year amongst Vancouver's top producers. My early mornings are dedicated to mindfulness and health (I'm a gym-rat and a pool-fish!). Any time that's left over is spent catering to my two-year-old YorkiePoo, Marsha Marsha Marsha!
