About Bruce Mai

My name is Bruce Mai and I am the Team Lead of The MPJ Real Estate Group. Prior to my career in the Real Estate industry, I explored various jobs such as construction, hairdressing, office work, and was even a chartered fishing guide. Each of my previous job endeavors taught me invaluable skills that have allowed me to appreciate different career paths and make me the person I am today.

I had enjoyed aspects of each of my previous jobs, nonetheless, I was left yearning for something more fulfilling. A family member had offered me an opportunity in Real Estate, and I took it! The last 5 years as a Professional Real Estate agent has been full of many successes, failures, and learning experiences. However, the chance to create a meaningful impact on someone’s life is what has propelled me to always put my best foot forward and strive to reach my client’s Real Estate goals.

As a Realtor, I play a crucial role in guiding clients through significant life decisions, striving to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. I find immense satisfaction in knowing that I am helping others. Now, as the leader of my own Real Estate Team, I feel my role is amplified to always be the absolute best person I can be in all aspects of my life.

Being in such a fast-paced industry has also taught me that time off is paramount to long-term success. When I am not working, I love to go fishing, hiking, camping, cooking, and spend quality time with my loved ones. The MPJ Real Estate Group has very much the same approach, life should be worth living! Our team is built on hard work, expertise, and genuine care for one another. We are truly like a family and enjoy spending time together away from our Real Estate duties. The team’s motivation will always lie in helping others, creating a positive impact, and being able to showcase our expertise in Real Estate.
