Carl brings 10 years experience in real estate and six years as a business owner to Macdonald Commercial. He has founded and operated multiple businesses – including three fitness facilities and a gym consulting company, giving him rare firsthand experience on both sides of the table.

Before joining Macdonald Commercial, Carl worked in project sales for small to mid-sized developers. Carl’s focus will be retail leasing and business sales, where he aims to leverage both his operator’s perspective and modern digital marketing strategies to help clients grow and succeed.
