PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY
Chris Midmore was born and raised in Vancouver and has been involved in commercial real estate brokerage for over 40 years. Prior to joining Macdonald Commercial in 1990, he was a consistent top performer for 10 years with a large international commercial brokerage. Chris has served as a Director of the Commercial Division of the Real Estate Board of the Greater Vancouver and lectured on Land Assembly and Development Site Sales at the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
SPECIALIZATION & EXPERIENCE
Chris specializes in the sale of investment properties and development sites. He has sold numerous investment properties and over 2,000 acres of development land throughout Metro Vancouver from Downtown Vancouver to Abbotsford.
A cross section of some of Chris’s notable sales include a 100,000-sf office building and a 2.25 acre development site in DT Vancouver, a 45 acre industrial site in south Vancouver, a 7.7 acre development site in Richmond Centre, a 66,000-sf office building in North Vancouver, 4.2 and 10 acre high rise sites in Burnaby, a 300-acre industrial site in Coquitlam, a 100-acre shopping centre assembly in South Surrey, a 140,000-sf shopping centre in Maple Ridge and numerous other development and investment properties throughout the Lower Mainland.
COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
Chris’s community involvement includes over 20 years serving B.C.’s second largest hospital as a Director and Past Chair of Surrey Hospitals Foundation. He also served as Chair of the Emergency Centre Campaign and the Patron’s Council.
