Colleen Myers — Real Estate Agent Serving Squamish & the Sea to Sky

Hi, I’m Colleen Myers, a Squamish real estate agent and longtime local. I’ve called Squamish home for more than 20 years, building businesses, investing in property, and contributing to the community along the way.

I’ve always been drawn to creating things. I co-founded the Zephyr Café in 2008 and founded The Hive, a home accessories and gift boutique in downtown Squamish. I served on the Downtown Squamish BIA Board of Directors, chaired its rebranding committee during the downtown revitalization initiative, and was a founding board member of both Tourism Squamish and Squamish ReBuild. It’s been incredibly rewarding to watch many of those early ideas grow into the community we know today.

Real estate has been part of my life for just as long. I’ve bought and sold businesses, owned property in Squamish and beyond, and experienced the excitement—and anxiety—of buying property myself. I’ve also lived through the ups and downs of real estate cycles and learned many lessons along the way, giving me a perspective that goes beyond the transaction itself.

I bring that experience, along with a love of design, architecture and interiors, to helping clients see both the opportunities and realities behind a property. My goal is to give you the insight, perspective and guidance to make smart decisions and feel confident every step of the way.
