Dan Scarrow, President, CEO, and proud caretaker of Macdonald Realty — an 80+ year-old organization that has empowered thousands of British Columbians to build careers, support their families, and help countless others achieve the dream of homeownership.

Dan began his real estate career at Macdonald Realty in 2006, working as both a residential and commercial REALTOR® before transitioning into management. Over the past 20 years, he has played a pivotal role in the company’s growth and expansion.
 
Dan was instrumental in Macdonald Realty’s expansion into Burnaby, Langley, Kelowna, and Victoria, and led the establishment of Macdonald’s Canadian Real Estate Investment Centre in Shanghai, China, where he served from 2014 to 2018. More recently, he founded Lyndan Properties, the real estate development arm of Macdonald Realty Group.
 
Dan holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from Queen’s University. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Pam, and their three young children.
