About Derek Love

Growing up with my dad in the real estate industry, I used to go to open houses when I was as young as six. Gary’s dynamic and endless commitment to clients stood out, and I developed an appreciation for his expertise and master negotiating skills. Not surprisingly, I became a Realtor® in 1992 when I was 19, and 30 years later I am still at the top of my game. Since then, I’ve completed over 1,500 real estate transactions throughout the Lower Mainland and beyond, am consistently in the Top 5% of the Real Estate industry, and have served as Director-VP of my local division at the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver. Clients often comment on my high energy, professional integrity, and positive, hands-on approach. I’m always honoured to be trusted with the biggest investment of my clients’ lives: their homes.
