About Don Urquhart

Don was born and raised in Vancouver and currently lives in Mount Pleasant. His grandfather George Sinclair was a successful residential developer / builder in the early to mid 1900’s and his father was the head of the Vancouver City commercial appraisal division. Vancouver real estate has been in the family for decades so choosing real estate as a career at a young age was a natural choice.

Over the past 30 years Don has worked through all types of market conditions which has given him a vast and deep understanding of our current market and the business. Knowledge and the ability to listen to what is important to his clients has resulted in a successful and fulfilling career. Don believes in a relaxed, informative and communicative approach. He has achieved the Platinum award year after year for client satisfaction and going above and beyond assisting his clients through the process of buying and selling real estate.
