I started my career in Real Estate back in 1987 in Perth, Western Australia. I began working at Roy Weston - Nationwide Realty in Fremantle, then went on to Manage the Roy Weston office in Cottesloe. I received my Business Agents license and began selling businesses. I came to Canada in 1990 and started my company - Associates World Wide Business Brokers, selling business to business. In 1993 I started to work in residential Real estate with Realty World, then on to Century 21 In Town Realty. I have been a realtor since 1987 and a Mortgage Broker since 2000. I started my own company - Smartmortgage.ca and then Choicemortgage.ca. I joined Centum Pacific Mortgages Inc, in 2003. I work with new brokers.

Specialties: Real Estate Investment and Financing. land Assembly, condo assembly. I finance Developments and Construction and look at Bankruptcy and Foreclosure.
