About Ethan Rutley

Born and raised in Kelowna, Ethan Rutley has deep roots in the community, having attended A.S. Matheson, Dr. Knox, and KSS for elementary, middle school, and high school, respectively. After graduating high school, Ethan pursued a professional mariner program at Orange Coast College in California, where he not only trained to work on yachts but also excelled as a member of the track and field team.

Since launching his real estate career in 2013 at the age of 23, Ethan has built a reputation as a respected and trusted advisor in the Kelowna real estate community.
