About George Chin

I am a licensed Real Estate representative with a passion to help clients achieve dreams and aspirations for themselves and their loved ones.  I am a detail-oriented deal closer, ensuring my clients are happy with one of their biggest life decisions. I specialize in the residential market in the Lower Mainland of British Columbia and partnered with one of BC’s larger Real Estate brokers, Macdonald Realty Ltd., known for their excellent client services and customer satisfaction feedback. My philosophy is to keep the focus on you and your needs, and not on me. Therefore, you will not see my face on the side of transit buses, bus benches, billboards, or in newsprint.

 

Besides an undivided attention to helping my real estate clients attain their dreams and aspirations, I also have a strong passion to support young people who are less fortunate financially to attain their academic goals. I achieve this by allocating 15% of any commission income into a scholarship fund that supports individuals who excel academically but need financial assistance to maximize their educational pursuits.
