Gita's services include helping you determine the value of your home if you’re a seller, and helping you establish a reasonable purchase offer if you’re a buyer. She has a strong ability to negotiate in sales and specializes in Relocation, Home Evaluations, Investments, buying and selling properties, and Foreclosures. These services include listing your property on the Multiple Listing Service® (MLS®) for REALTORS® to see who is working on behalf of buyers, marketing your property on realtor.ca or realtylink.org, Marketing in Shanghai, China, also in local newspapers, on signs, via open houses, and other advertising vehicles.
