About Gloria Romain

Hi! I’m Gloria. I’ve called Vancouver Island my home since I was a child, and I’m proud to have grown up in Victoria- one of the most desirable and beautiful places in the world. I have had the pleasure of holding a variety of positions with Macdonald Realty over the last 5+ years. Starting as a receptionist at our Sidney Office in 2018 while completing my Diploma of Urban Land Economics at UBC’s Sauder School of Business, to office manager and now licensed REALTOR®.

 

My education and experience in the real estate industry led me to my current role, where my goal is to support our agents to thrive in their business and the ever-changing real estate landscape in British Columbia. I am passionate about cultivating an environment where our agents feel energized, inspired, educated, and confident about their role as real estate agents.

 

Outside of work, in true West Coast fashion, I enjoy hiking and kayaking the Island’s gorgeous trails and coastline. I also have a passion for motorsport, so in my free time, you might find me at one of our local race tracks, participating in amateur motorsport events.

 

I acknowledge with respect the Lekwungen speaking peoples on whose traditional territory I work and play. This includes the WSANEC, Songhees, and Esquimalt Nations whose relationship with the land continues to this day.
