About Greg Holmes

Greg was born in the Lower Mainland and has lived in different parts of the city. Greg and his wife, Liz, travelled extensively, including living abroad, before coming back home. Moving has given him the aptitude to anticipate potential problems thus ensuring his clients a smooth buying and selling process. He understands first-hand the excitement and uncertainties of relocating. Together, Greg and Liz combined their entrepreneurial spirits in their previous business venture; an award-winning catering enterprise which they operated for several years.

 

Exceptional at building client relationships and creating highly-effective marketing strategies, he attributes his success to identifying an untapped target market, listening to the needs of the client, and a natural creative flair. Through this successful experience, it honed his skills as a manager, leader, strategic thinker, and negotiator; all attributes that have equipped him well to be the successful real estate consultant he is today.
