Born and raised on his family farm located on the east side of Richmond, Humraj has extensive knowledge of ALR lands and farming in Canada. Having lived in Richmond for over 35 years, he’s become an expert with Lower Mainland properties, neighbourhoods and zoning practices. His background in business, coupled with his experience in building and renovating homes, has fueled his passion to find his clients the right home – whether it be a forever home, a transition home, a secondary home, or an investment.
Humraj is also a certified builder and can work with his clients to renovate or build a new home. Having both a REALTOR® and builder eye has allowed Humraj to see potential in properties, help clients upgrade properties to get them top dollar and build unique relationships with his clients.
Humraj is a Director on the BC Blueberry Council and continues to provide agricultural consulting services. He loves football, his two daughters and travelling. You can find Humraj spending time at the gym, grabbing a good cup of coffee or managing his family farm that opens to the public every summer.
