Jason Roudette is a licensed real estate broker at Macdonald Realty, focusing on residential sales and developments in Victoria and the Western Communities on Vancouver Island. Jason’s unwavering commitment to his clients and their interests is truly what sets him apart from the rest. From an early age, Jason showed a keen interest in Real Estate. With a structured plan and being extremely goal-driven, he was able to enjoy the benefits of home ownership in his 20s. This was also the catalyst that underpinned a focused interest in investing through Real Estate and earning the privilege of being a landlord. Having the experience of being a tenant, a homeowner, and volunteering for strata councils has given him all the tools necessary to be prepared for whatever obstacles and challenges come along the way.

 

Prior to joining Macdonald Realty, Jason spent 15 years in retail and corporate operations, sales and business development in the travel industry with a worldwide travel sales provider on Vancouver Island, the Lower Mainland, and the Okanagan Valley. He brings with him a wealth of knowledge and a honed client-centric approach. Outside of real estate, Jason has a passion for travelling, which has allowed him to visit over 40 different countries and experience many different cultures around the world. He also loves to ski, animals, and exploring the outdoors.
