About Jay Devery

Hello! I’m Jay. I’ve lived in Squamish since I was three years old and have loved this town and the Sea to Sky corridor for as long as I can remember. My parents bought, renovated and sold many homes as I was growing up, which led me to develop a passion for real estate at a young age. Having bought, sold, designed and built homes myself, I developed a solid understanding of building construction and the local bylaws.

 

With over twenty years of wildland and structural firefighting experience to add, I am well-equipped to deal with the fast-paced, dynamic environment of the real estate market. Growing up here has given me an intimate knowledge of the different neighbourhoods, schools, and backcountry trail networks this area has to offer. In my free time, I am often mountain biking, snowboarding or hiking in the hills with friends and family.

 

Squamish and the Sea to Sky corridor are very special places, and it is hard to find other places in the world that offer as much as it does here.
