About Jim Eddy

Jim has proudly called the Vancouver–Fraser Valley home his entire life. A graduate of Centennial Secondary School in Coquitlam, he made Langley his home more than 50 years ago and has been an active part of the community ever since.

With two trade certifications in building-related fields, Jim brings extensive hands-on experience in construction, renovation, and home improvement, having built and renovated numerous homes over the years. He is also a graduate of BCIT's Power Engineering program and the UBC Sauder School of Business, giving him a unique combination of technical knowledge and business expertise.

In addition to his real estate career, Jim has owned and managed investment properties for more than 20 years, giving him firsthand knowledge of real estate investing from both an owner's and investor's perspective.
