About John Byrne

Born and raised in Victoria, man himself, John has a deep understanding of the ins and outs of what this vibrant city has to offer. Having explored other avenues and interests in his life, John discovered his true passion was real estate (although he maintains a healthy interest in cars – he has owned over 40!). In his spare time, John spends time with his wonderfully supportive wife, Alyssa, and two children, Kiana and Makai. Ensuring he has plenty of excitement in his downtime, the family loves a good outdoor adventure and takes advantage of the west-coast lifestyle Victoria has to offer.

 

Never one to shy away from a new adventure, John was proud to co-host the locally-produced real estate design renovation show ‘Design District’ for 2 seasons. The opportunity gave John a keen eye for design, construction, and an appreciation for helping people find their ideal space. Having launched his real estate career in 2008, John has successfully negotiated over 800 sales. This experience, along with his personal experience owning and managing numerous investment properties, provides a wealth of knowledge in the hot Victoria real estate market, which benefits his valued clients.
