About John Morrison

Real Estate has been my life's work and passion! I was born in Vancouver and have lived here most of my life here; no matter where I have travelled around the world, I have always been happy to return to Vancouver as my home. I graduated from UBC with a degree in Civil Engineering and have been in the real estate business in one form or another ever since. I purchased my first home prior to graduation, my first rental property shortly thereafter, and numerous others since, affording me exceptional firsthand knowledge and experience to pass on to my clients.

 

Over the course of my career, I have been involved in almost all aspects of the real estate industry, including direct ownership, management, development, construction, consulting on and marketing of residential, commercial, industrial and recreational properties. I believe this wide-based background enables me to represent my clients in realty transactions like few others can.

 

I service all areas of Greater Vancouver, although my home turf is the West Side, where I have resided for many years, with my specialties being detached and attached homes, investment and development properties, as well as Equestrian acreages and waterfront vacation homes. I believe in and practice representing/coaching every client with respect and treating their property/transaction as if it were my own in order to achieve the client's desired goals.
