The Kaz, from South London to South Surrey, I have been on both sides of the real estate transaction, so I personally understand clients' concerns about the process and the side of it that doesn't show up on paper - The emotional side, which is full of concerns. This is the biggest financial transaction most clients will ever be involved in, so to me, clients are not only a reference number or looked at in terms of monetary value.

Born in the UK in South London, England, and then moving to South Surrey, British Columbia, I bring the British sophistication and sense of humor (mostly dry) to this beautiful neck of the woods. When I am not making clients' dreams come true, I like to travel, attend community events, volunteer, watch sports, especially footy (soccer) from the English Premiership, and spend time with my lovely wife and our 3 boys.
