I have been licensed since April 1st, 1980, and eventually completed my diploma in Urban Land Economics from UBC in 1984. Over the years in the business, I have evolved within this industry by successfully being able to help many of my clients purchase and sell their investments and/or their homes, from condominiums to houses and many from houses to condos.
I have been able to take advantage of my diploma in Urban Land Economics over the years, and fortunate enough to apply the education towards helping developers to analyze their land acquisitions. From there, the evolution of this sector of the industry moved me towards being involved with the marketing of many of their multi-family developments.
With my involvement in many aspects of the industry, I have a very good understanding of the legal side of the industry and the human side of the business. I feel that along with over 32 years being in the business, I bring a lot of added value to the needs of many clients.
