Hi, I’m Kylene Shannon.

I’ve proudly called Langley home for many years and have built my real estate business around strong relationships, honest communication, and helping clients feel confident throughout the buying and selling process.

Real estate is personal. Every client, family, and move comes with its own goals, emotions, and important decisions. My role is to help guide people through those moments with clarity, support, and a steady approach. I believe great real estate service comes down to listening carefully, communicating clearly, and being fully present for clients every step of the way.

I wear many hats. Realtor, mom, singer, volunteer, organizer, and community supporter. Of all of them, helping people navigate their real estate journey is the role I am most passionate about.

I grew up in Surrey and have proudly called Langley home for many years. Today, I am raising my two boys, Oliver and Merrick, in the community I love. From hockey rinks and school events to local businesses and neighbourhood gatherings, Langley has become a place where we have built deep roots and lifelong friendships.
