Mark’s commercial practice over the past 27 years has been focused on investment real estate sales and leasing in the Lower Mainland. From office, retail, and warehouse properties ranging from 1,000 square feet to 250,000 square feet, Mark has been directly involved with the disposition, acquisition, and leasing of these asset classes representing private equity, institutional investors, developers, and family-held portfolios.
With combined sales and leasing transactions exceeding $850 million and a total of over 2 million square feet leased throughout the Lower Mainland, Mark's real estate experience has proven invaluable to his clients. This, coupled with his ability to analyze complex sales and leasing projects have led him to be a consistent “Award of Excellence” producer with his brokerage firm since 2011. Mark was also a senior partner in a real estate brokerage firm in West Vancouver from 2006 to 2011, overseeing their commercial division in the Lower Mainland.
Mark’s business philosophy of always keeping his clients' interests “paramount” is his number one goal.
