Marylou has been a full-time REALTOR since 1989. Marylou is excited about ethics and constantly upgrades her skills through courses and seminars to better serve her clients, and is always available. Each year since 1991 Marylou has volunteered with the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board. She has served as Director, volunteered on various committees and sub-committees to the betterment of the Board's membership and particularly her own education. She also served on the Real Estate Council of BC from 2010 to 2016 as a council member, vice chair and chair.

In 2020, Marylou joined Karrasch Real Properties to help provide her clients with an even higher level of service, a touch of youth, and with the thought of an eventual succession plan in the future.
