Michael is a licensed Rental Property Manager with over 4 years of property management experience in BC. Supported by his education and experience in the civil engineering industry, Michael has successfully delivered property management services and earned his clients’ trust and referrals through his honesty, hard work, and professionalism.
 
After graduating from university in China, Michael has worked overseas for 5 years as a construction site manager and project manager. Back in China, Michael has worked for real estate developers and global real estate service providers, including Jones Lang LaSalle and Johnson Controls, where he has worked for around 10 years, during those time he has worked as the project management team lead for the Microsoft Beijing Head-office Renovation project and the Motorola workspaces separation in Asia.
 
With Macdonald Commercial, Michael is managing a diverse portfolio, including a rental complex with over 200 units, and several other apartment buildings, commercial properties, etc.
