About Michelle Lanthier

Born and raised on the North Shore, Michelle has witnessed the transformational changes that have shaped the Sea to Sky corridor into the highly sought-after destination that it has become. A household with two business-savvy parents—a real estate developer father and an investment manager mother—meant the dinner table conversation was rife with talk about the business world. This ignited her passion for the real estate industry from a very early age. After graduating from SFU with an Arts degree, Michelle attended BCIT and obtained two diplomas in marketing and sales management.

 

Her real estate license followed, and she joined the industry in 2009 as a Sales Assistant at Polygon Homes. In 2010, she took on a sales post at Anthem Properties Group, which grew into a senior-level position during her five years at the organisation. Today, she is the exclusive sales manager for the Breeze townhouse project, under development by Target Homes in Squamish. Michelle is also active on the North Shore and elsewhere, helping both homeowners with the sale of their existing properties and buyers who want to find the “perfect” home at the best possible price.

 

Michelle has been an active participant in Sea to Sky Country for most of her life. Her early years were spent on the ski hill in Whistler, and in 2015, Michelle made the move from North Vancouver to Lions Bay and now Squamish. Over nearly a decade in the business, Michelle has developed an intimate knowledge of all aspects of the residential real estate market and its nuances. During her career, she has successfully closed more than three hundred sales transactions involving over $200 million worth of product. She is an award-winning REALTOR®, a member of the REBGV Medallion Club and has received Macdonald Realty's highest recognition, "Award of Excellence".
