About Monica Leclair

What do I love most about Real Estate? The people, the connections, the experiences, and the discovery – it’s the consolidation of many unique factors that make this career incredibly fulfilling. I am grateful for a career I am passionate about and consider it a privilege to work alongside each client during this milestone.

Prior to entering the real estate industry, I graduated university with a B.A. in Psychology and Business. I spent several formative years working in the computer software industry, but I was craving a new sense of fulfillment from my career. My interest in real estate emerged after watching Lindy and the strong connections she made with people, something that was missing from the software industry.

My energetic, driven and inquisitive personality is well suited to the fast-pace, always evolving real estate industry. Though the industry moves quickly, I understand the importance of slowing down and taking the time to connect with those around me.
