Nick began his real estate career in 2006 after earning a degree from Simon Fraser University. Starting as a commercial real estate appraiser and advisor, he worked with leading consultancy firms in Metro Vancouver, honing his analytical skills and market knowledge. This foundation allowed him to develop a deep understanding of BC’s commercial property landscape and build lasting relationships with industrial and multi-family residential investors and developers.
