Nick Marini has been with Macdonald Commercial for 18 years and is responsible for the company’s property management operation. Nick is fully conversant with all aspects of property management and has direct experience managing office, industrial, mixed-use, and special-use income properties.
 
Nick has a background in retail and facilities management, and in the 1980's was Distribution Manager for a large Canadian retailer. In this role, he managed a state-of-the-art 500,000 square foot distribution facility and a workforce of 500 people.
 
Nick's retail experience serves to make his management approach "client-centric" as he motivates the property management group to react quickly in the best interest of the property Owner.
