Paul specializes in the acquisition and disposition of apartment buildings, establishing land assemblies for development and the analysis of investment properties. He has closed multiple deals between institutional investors and developers/landlords. Paul helps bridge the gap between an institutional investor's comprehensive due diligence procedures and a landlord's capacity to provide the required information.
Paul has transacted approximately 3/4 of a billion dollars worth of deals in the last five years, predominately in apartment dispositions, acquisitions, and multifamily development land assemblies.

- Q2 2021 - Lead broker on the sale of a Legacy Portfolio of Apartment Buildings to a major institutional buyer. 537 Suites in 11 Apartment buildings. One of the largest commercial real estate transactions in Victoria, BC history.
- Q1 2022 – Lead broker on the sale of a vintage but very well-maintained apartment building in Victoria, BC. 49 Suites on a 1.1-acre parcel. Sold to a major Canadian REIT.
- Q2 2022 – Lead broker on the sale of two new purpose-built rental apartments totaling 94 Suites in Courtenay, BC. Sold to a major Canadian REIT.
- Q2 2022 – Lead broker on the sale of a new purpose-built rental apartment with 56 Suites in Courtenay, BC to a major Canadian REIT.
- Q3 2022 – Lead broker on the sale of two new purpose-built rental apartments totaling 120 Suites in Nanaimo, BC to a major institutional buyer.
- Q3 2023 - Sold ocean view purpose-built rental apartment totaling 48 Suites in Victoria BC to a major Canadian REIT.
- Q1 2024 - Worked with a colleague to assemble a 5-lot development site and worked with landowners to get properties sold to a prominent developer.
- Q1 2024 - Sold a 166-unit new purpose-built rental apartment in Penticton BC to a private buyer.
- Q2 2025 - Sold 213 unit purpose built rental apartment in Nanaimo BC to a private buyer.
- Q4 2025 - Sold a 336 unit purpose built rental apartment in Greater Victoria to a major institutional buyer. Was the largest single title multifamily asset sale in Vancouver Island history!
