About Penelope Gable

Penelope has lived in the Tri-Cities for her whole life, residing in Coquitlam at a young age, moving to Westwood Plateau when she was a teenager, and living in Port Moody for most of her adult life. Penelope has extensive knowledge of the Tri-City area, its booming development, and the neighborhood demographic, which has fueled the fire for the love of her community and hometown. Penelope began working in a law firm as a Legal Admin after graduating in 2010 with a Certificate in Legal Administration Studies. She loved what she did, but felt the need to pursue her passion for Real Estate.

 

After 2 years working in a Criminal Defense law firm, she began her strong introduction into the Real Estate Industry through the marketing and Pre-Sale of Project Developments in the Downtown area. Penelope has expanded her business into the resale market to better serve her clients and community. Her success in the downtown area and passion for helping people make the lifestyle they seek their reality is what drives Penelope to epitomize hard work, dedication, and integrity in this industry!
