About Peter DeWitt

I was born and raised in the city of Vancouver. After graduating from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor's degree in Arts, I decided to pursue a career in residential real estate on the Westside. A few years later, I enrolled in the UBC Sauder Real Estate Division to study & received a diploma in "Urban Land Economics". I have specialized in residential sales over the last 30 years.

 

Over the years, I have gained significant experience evaluating, negotiating, and strategizing all types of real estate markets and their fluctuations in Vancouver. My desire to negotiate real estate transactions has been honed by adopting a strategy of putting my clients' needs first and foremost. To properly market a property, a REALTOR® must combine marketing experience, sales savvy, and the ability to read people effectively.

 

My attitude towards working with my clients has always been a straightforward approach with a strong sense of purpose to make it happen. Repeat business and referrals have been the cornerstone of my success. My clients appreciate my passion for finding them the right deal. Success in sales is not measured in volume alone. Real success comes from seeing my clients reach their real estate goals.

 

My approach to the business has always been to deal personally with my clients. When you hire me as your agent, you get me, not a sales marketing team.
