Rohit Loi is a real estate agent at Macdonald Realty Ltd. He’s a new realtor with only one year of experience. What he lacks in experience, he makes up with 100% dedication and effort to take care of everything that his client needs.

Rohit is already married and has two beautiful kids, one girl and one boy. His daughter is thirteen years old, and his son is eight years old. His hobbies include traveling and watching movies during his free time. “I have traveled pretty much the whole of British Colombia via car because I always wanted to explore. I also like to spend time with my wife and kids, and we try to do things together whenever possible,” he said.

He serves Surrey, Langley, White Rock, Delta, and Vancouver areas. Rohit added, “The Amazing features of all these areas are the weather which makes Vancouver a very demanding city. Because of this, the cities around Vancouver like surrey and delta, etc., are also very high in demand.”

Even if he’s technically a newbie in the industry, Rohit can work with any client, whether it may be a First-time Homebuyer or someone who is interested in investing in real estate, and so on. Well, speaking of first-time homebuyers, it is crucial to note what the real estate market is like at present before they decide to invest their time and money into it. Here’s what Rohit thinks about the real estate market right now, “The market in Vancouver was really hot in the last 5-6 months. Now it is a little bit on the cooler side, but still, homes are getting sold above asking and sometimes in few days.”

When asked about what pieces of advice he could give to his clients, here’s what he said, “My advice to my clients is to know their needs first and make a decision based on that. As a Realtor, I am there to guide them through the process based on the decision they made. And I am there to assure them that they will get all the guidance and support during the process, and they will never be left alone.”

He continued, “Don’t make any decision based on someone else’s experience. Feel the difference yourself, and to do that, you have to try it first. Give a chance to new Realtors and see the difference. New Realtors don’t work with many clients, and that is the reason they can give their 100% towards any transaction they are dealing with, and clients also get more attention and quick answers to their questions.”
