Ronan’s career spans office leasing, investment sales, and strategic advisory work in competitive urban markets. Prior to joining Macdonald Commercial, he served as an Executive Vice President at a multinational commercial real estate firm in Vancouver, where he integrated leasing fundamentals with capital markets considerations to support value-creation strategies across both stabilized and development-oriented assets. He is known for pairing hands-on brokerage experience with a disciplined, analytical approach to advisory work and leadership.
