Rosey joined Macdonald Realty in 2007, initially as a member of the marketing team. As her role evolved, she assumed responsibility for enhancing the company’s online presence and leading it through a significant rebranding effort.
 
In 2019, she took on the position of Vice President of Operations for Macdonald Real Estate Group. In this capacity, Rosey is instrumental in driving technological innovation and managing organizational change.
 
Her oversight extends to critical areas such as marketing, technology, training, and day-to-day brokerage operations. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Simon Fraser University and lives in Vancouver.
