About Ryan Sidhu

Ryan is a young and ambitious Real Estate Professional specializing in the acquisition of investment properties. Coming from a family of builders, Ryan has personally been involved in the construction of multiple single-family homes throughout the South Surrey and White Rock peninsula. Ryan is able to locate ideal building lots for redevelopment and investment purposes. Starting at the age of 17, Ryan helped his family purchase a large estate lot along Crescent Road.

 

With his knowledge of architecture and design, he was deeply involved in every construction stage of the home. This project was a stepping-stone for Ryan’s career as a construction consultant. Since then, he has been involved in the purchasing/selling and construction of multiple properties, some of which can be seen on oslerhomes.com. Through his years of involvement in the South Surrey and White Rock real estate market, Ryan has had many years of experience working alongside the peninsula’s top REALTORS® and is knowledgeable of the qualities and attributes it takes to succeed in a competitive market.

 

Along with his passion for real estate, Ryan graduated from the University of British Columbia with a combined Bachelor of Science degree. Ryan is highly self-motivated and has an eye for design and details. In his free time, when he is not searching the Internet for new listings, Ryan enjoys being outdoors and discovering the beautiful parks and trails South Surrey has to offer.
