About Sara Erbez

Sara graduated from Douglas College and holds a degree in Hospitality & Tourism. In 2016 she began working at Macdonald Commercial and within a year was promoted to Property Management Assistant for the residential single-unit department.

She spent the next 5 years as the only assistant for a team of 20 property managers helping to structure the fast-growing department all while listening and learning from others’ experiences, absorbing procedures, laws & knowledge from the best and attending various conferences the industry offers throughout the year. She received her Rental Property Management license in May 2022 and has since been working as a Leasing Agent for any new buildings acquired.

Her genuine commitment to helping people is recognized along with her positive and approachable personality. She’s always willing to learn and strives for excellence on a daily basis.
