Smiley Nesbitt (his mom calls him Shawn) is a Vancouver East–based real estate advisor known for his straightforward, low-pressure approach and strong local insight. Smiley spent years in the ski world as a professional skier, which enabled him to travel the world and get a better understanding of the dynamics of other cultures, and all of this experience is what shaped his calm, focused, and detail-driven approach. Reading conditions, managing risk, and staying composed when it counts are attributes that translate well in the business of real estate. Today, he brings that same steady mindset to every transaction, helping clients make confident, well-informed decisions.
