About Todd James

Todd is committed to providing each client a unique real estate experience. Todd understands that buying or selling a property can be exciting, stressful, and complicated, so he ensures he understands the needs of each of his clients and then works to exceed their expectations and make the experience both seamless and positive. His clients value his communication style, knowledge, attention to detail, and passion for real estate. Todd is one of the rare and lucky people who grew up in the Lower Mainland and understands the reality of the market here. He has rented, owned, and sold multiple properties throughout the region.

 

Todd’s business background is in customer service, sales, and management, but he has now followed his passion for real estate, developed as part of a family in which he watched his father and grandfather build homes. When he’s not working, Todd has a young family, and he and his wife are raising two children. In his spare time, he enjoys getting outside with the family dog and enjoying the outdoor activities the Lower Mainland is known for, including golf and snowboarding. He also takes time to volunteer in his community.
